Richard Howard is a member of the Evansville Fire Department. In 2011 he became a certified arson K-9 handler for the Evansville Fire Department. He was partnered with K-9 Shadow during a five week class in Alfred, Maine sponsored by State Farm®. Richard and Shadow are certified according to the Maine Criminal Justice Academy standards. Todd Jordan and K-9 Ninja
Todd Jordan is a member of the Anderson Fire Department. In 1997 he became a certified arson K-9 handler for the Anderson Fire Department. He was partnered with K-9 Vader during a five week class in Alfred, Maine sponsored by State Farm®. K-9 Vader retired in 2004. Todd is now partnered with K-9 Ninja.
